Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, sharp, and quick-learning marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience to support our B2B marketing initiatives. The role offers exposure to multiple areas of marketing, including research, events, content, social media, email marketing, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
The ideal candidate should be curious, comfortable working with data and numbers, have positive communication skills, and be willing to take ownership and learn across different aspects of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Support marketing and industry research, including research on relevant events, competitors, trends, and business opportunities.
Assist with data collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting, with a good understanding of numbers and marketing metrics.
Support the planning and execution of B2B events, webinars, conferences, and other marketing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing and event-related requirements.




Support social media management, including content coordination, scheduling, publishing, and basic performance tracking.
Prepare and coordinate weekly emailers, including content, creatives, databases, and reporting.
Develop and coordinate content for landing pages, flyers, standees, banners, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Work closely with internal B2B stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Maintain marketing trackers, calendars, databases, and reports.
Stay updated on B2B marketing trends, digital platforms, and industry developments and bring new ideas to the team.
Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B setting, with exposure to technology, IT services, consulting, or similar industries. A marketing agency experience shall also be considered.
