Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for engaging with customers across channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the Pedals Power platform and fitness challenges. Day-to-day activities include handling customer support tickets, responding to messages and calls, guiding users through platform features, and proactively checking in on participants’ progress. The Intern will also gather feedback, identify recurring concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer journeys and retention. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and contributing to customer-focused initiatives will be key aspects of the role.
