Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Support professional with strong understanding of Supply Chain operations to support technology systems used across our fast-commerce operations.
The role will work closely with Warehouse, Inventory, Last Mile, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to troubleshoot system issues, manage operational escalations, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure smooth functioning of WMS, LMS and other supply-chain technology platforms.
This is an ideal role for someone who understands both on-ground supply chain operations and technology systems and can act as a bridge between Operations and Product/Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day product and technical support for systems used across warehouse and lastmile operations.
Troubleshoot issues related to WMS, LMS, Order Management, Inventory, Picking, Packing, Dispatch and Delivery workflows.




Own operational tech escalations from identification through resolution and closure.
Perform initial troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) before escalating issues to Product or Engineering teams.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering and external technology vendors for resolution of bugs and system issues.
Track incidents, identify recurring problems and recommend permanent fixes or process improvements.
Support users with system configurations, workflows, access issues and operational queries.
Participate in UAT and testing of current features, product releases and system enhancements.
Maintain issue trackers, SOPs, troubleshooting guides and product-support documentation.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues impacting warehouse or last-mile operations.
Train and support operations teams on new features, workflows and system changes.
