Volopay is hiring Growth Associates to join our Growth Squad in Bengaluru.
This is not a conventional graduate role with a fixed checklist or a narrowly defined scope. It is an opportunity for early-career builders who want to learn how companies are built from the inside - close to the decisions, experiments, challenges, and opportunities that shape a quick-moving business.
You will work closely with the Founders’ Office and report directly to the CEO and Vice President. You will get first-hand exposure to how a startup operates: how growth priorities are set, how customer and market insights influence decisions, how sales motions are built, how teams solve operational problems, and how new ideas become repeatable systems.
We are building a small, close-knit Growth Squad that works together from our Bengaluru office. The work is intentionally broad. You may work on a growth experiment one week and, the next, research a market, support a commercial project, improve a hiring process, speak with customers, build a content campaign, coordinate a partnership initiative,



or solve an operational problem.

The role
Ambiguity is part of this role. We may not always have the complete answer - or even the full problem statement - when a project begins.
We are looking for people who can work with incomplete information, ask smart questions, create structure, learn quickly, and move work forward. You will be trusted with meaningful work early. What you will work on
Growth and business experiments: Test new ideas, identify potential channels, improve conversion, study what works, and turn learnings into repeatable systems through market experiments, outbound projects, distribution ideas, and process improvements.
Customer and market intelligence: Research markets, study competitors, analyse customer conversations, identify patterns, and turn observations into recommendation
