We are looking for: IT Service Owner (Sales Domain) / Data Analytics Service Owner

You’ll Break New Ground By

Assume end-to-end responsibility and ownership for your Data Analytics service, products, and related projects in the Sales Domain.
Coordinate and manage the development and maintenance of assigned services together with internal teams and external consultants or developers.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT experts, translating business needs into clear priorities and service outcomes.
Support the team in identifying priorities, handling project escalations, and enabling individual coaching and development.
Ensure that work is carried out according to agreed quality, audit, compliance,



and security standards.
Drive digitalization through new technologies, emerging trends, and continuous service improvement.
Take responsibility for communication, collaboration, and relationship management with key internal and external stakeholders, including service status, planning, and information sharing.
Support cost controlling and resource planning within your area of responsibility.
Foster an agile mindset and strengthen agile ways of working across the team and service environment.
Build trusted relationships with customers and become a valued advisor for critical sales processes that support their digital transformation.
Stay open to new challenges and take ownership of additional key initiatives within your domain when business needs evolve.
