Role Description
The Training Manager role is a full-time position based in Bangalore. The Training Manager will design, implement, and manage training programs for clients and internal teams, including training needs analysis, curriculum development, instructional planning, and scheduling.




This role involves coordinating with subject matter experts and technology specialists to create engaging digital and blended learning experiences while ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives. The Training Manager will oversee training delivery, monitor learner progress, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
The role also includes stakeholder communication, resource planning, learning and development management, training and development management, talent and capability development, manpower development, skills development, and continuous enhancement of training processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
