About the Role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US recruitment process, excellent sourcing and candidate management skills, and be comfortable working in US EST shift timings.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and professional suitability.
Understand candidate work authorization, location, availability, compensation, and other relevant details.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and US-based clients/hiring managers.




Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing priorities.
Negotiate compensation and assist in closing selected candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status in ATS/recruitment trackers.
Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
Meet recruitment targets and turnaround times while maintaining candidate quality.
Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience recruiting for US-based clients or organizations.
Good understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed
