We are looking for a Lead Generation & Growth Executive to develop and manage a structured B2B lead-generation pipeline for Navson Technologies.

The role requires someone who can understand our products, markets and business objectives, and independently develop effective methods to identify, reach and qualify potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

Understand Navson’s products, applications, customer segments and target markets.
Identify relevant industries, companies and key decision-makers across domestic and international markets.
Build and maintain qualified prospect databases using LinkedIn, industry directories, databases, research tools and other relevant sources.
Develop and execute multi-channel lead-generation strategies using email, telephone, LinkedIn, social media and other suitable channels.
Create and manage outreach campaigns, messaging, call scripts and follow-up sequences.




Engage with prospects to understand requirements and qualify potential business opportunities.
Maintain an organized CRM and ensure systematic follow-up of prospects.
Evaluate lead-generation tools, databases, automation platforms and AI-based solutions where appropriate.
Track campaign performance and continuously improve targeting, messaging and outreach methods.
Explore new customer segments, geographies and channels for business development.
Work closely with the distributors, sales and technical teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Candidate Profile
Robust research, communication and analytical skills.
Has prior experience with B2B cold calling and outbound communication with a proof of achieved outcomes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, email outreach and lead-generation tools.
Ability to understand technical products and identify relevant customer applications.
