You will work closely with customers, developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, DevOps teams, architects, and internal leadership. While you are not expected to write production-level code, you should have sufficient technical knowledge to confidently participate in discussions involving React.js, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, third-party integrations, AWS, databases, deployments, authentication, and web/mobile application architecture.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Project Planning and Ownership





Take complete ownership of assigned technology projects from requirement gathering and project initiation through execution, delivery, and closure.
Understand customer objectives, business requirements, project scope, priorities, and expected outcomes.
Create detailed project plans covering timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, ownership, risks, and resource requirements.
Break large requirements and project goals into transparent, manageable, and actionable tasks for relevant teams.
Define project priorities and ensure teams understand what needs to be delivered, when it needs to be delivered, and why it is important.
Track project progress regularly against agreed timelines and milestones.
Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality expectations, and acceptance criteria.
Identify schedule delays, blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints at an early stage and drive them toward resolution.
