The Role




Senior Solutions Leader is one of the most consequential roles at Moder: every client pitch strategy runs through this seat. You will own the solution design function end to end — shaping how we scope, price, and present our BPO, ITO, and automation offerings — while personally leading client conversations on the sales calls that matter most. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll drive day-to-day excellence across a 12+ person solutions and sales-support team while staying directly in the room to help close the deal.
What You'll Do
Own solution design and deal strategy across the full pre-sales lifecycle — discovery, scoping, RFP/RFI response, proposal development, and close — for mortgage, banking, insurance, and financial services prospects.
Lead client-facing sales calls and executive presentations directly, serving as the primary voice on solution fit and value, and personally helping to close new business.
