Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with strong hands-on experience in Government Tenders, GeM and e-Procurement portals. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tender lifecycle, including tender identification, bid preparation, submission, compliance, post-order activities and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate and manage Government/PSU tenders on GeM and other e-Procurement portals.
Independently handle GeM bid submission, amendments, clarifications, Reverse Auctions, negotiations and order acceptance.
Analyse tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms and contractual requirements.
Prepare Technical Compliance Sheets, Technical Matrices, Tender Checklists and Bid/No-Bid recommendations.
Manage GeM Vendor Assessment, Product Catalogue, Brand/OEM approval and product mapping activities.
Coordinate EMD, PBG and Security Deposit submission, tracking, renewal and release with Finance/Banking teams.




Manage Work Orders/GeM Orders and post-order activities, including delivery, inspection, acceptance and contract closure.
Coordinate with Government departments/PSUs for clarifications, certificates, EMD refunds, PBG release and order-related documentation.
Maintain tender-related MIS and trackers for bids, EMD, PBG, work orders, tender status and certificates.
Draft professional letters, emails, pre-bid queries, representations and other tender-related correspondence.
Ensure timely submission of bids with zero omission of mandatory documents.

Required Skills
Strong practical knowledge of GeM Portal and Government Tendering.
Hands-on experience in GeM Vendor Assessment, PBG, EMD and post-order activities.
Good understanding of Government procurement and e-Procurement processes.
Solid ability to analyse tender documents and prepare technical compliance/technical matrices.
