WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Channel Partner Network
Recruit, onboard, and manage solar EPC contractors and installation companies across UP and NCR. Hold them to SLAs. Develop the ones worth developing. Replace the ones who are not. Build the CP network that makes REVO the most trusted residential solar brand in North India.

Direct Sales and Lead Conversion
Own the conversion of all inbound leads — from Meta campaigns, WhatsApp enquiries, RWA events, and BTL activity. Build and manage a field sales team that can generate and close residential solar deals independently across Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut, and beyond.

Revenue Number
Monthly installations. Monthly revenue. Monthly GP. These are your metrics. You report them. You own them. You grow them.

Market Expansion
Identify and open current geographies within UP and North India. Build the territory plan. Recruit the CPs. Launch the market.
