Required Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 6 years of experience, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience.
Experience in Plant & Machinery management, operation, maintenance, and supervision on High-Speed Rail, Railway, Metro, or other major infrastructure projects.
Experience in handling and monitoring construction equipment such as cranes, batching plants, concrete pumps, generators, compressors, lifting equipment, and other heavy machinery.
Knowledge of equipment planning, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance,



equipment utilization, safety requirements, and machinery documentation.
Experience in coordinating with contractors, equipment operators, maintenance teams, and project management personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor the deployment, operation, and utilization of Plant & Machinery at the Bullet Train project site.
Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained, inspected, and available for construction activities.
Monitor preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, servicing, and repair activities to minimize equipment downtime.
Coordinate with Contractors and project teams for equipment planning, mobilization, deployment, and effective utilization.
Maintain records of equipment availability, utilization, maintenance, breakdowns, fuel consumption, and operating hours.
