Role Description The Career Counselor will work full time on-site at the Ahmedabad (Nikol) center, supporting individuals planning international education and related career pathways.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing academic and career interests, and guiding students on suitable countries, courses, and institutions. The role involves explaining test preparation options (IELTS, PTE, Duolingo), helping learners set realistic goals, and coordinating with coaching and visa teams to ensure consistent support. The Career Counselor will assist with application planning, provide information on immigration and visa processes, and maintain accurate records of counseling interactions and student progress. The role also includes conducting group sessions, workshops, and presentations, and contributing to outreach activities that promote Rightway Overseas services.
