n Purpose of Job
nLead the team’s sales and client relationship strategy across India to drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market presence, strengthen key client relationships, and build a high-performing sales team aligned with business objectives.

n Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Main Duties

- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve ACCL’s revenue and growth objectives.n
- Drive business growth through current client acquisition, market expansion, and strategic account development.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and decision-makers.n
- Lead efforts to increase client retention, repeat business, and cross-selling / up-selling opportunities across all business practices.n
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to create a high-performance and customer-focused culture.n
- Set regular cadence to monitor performance, and ensure achievement of business objectives across all business practices / cities.n




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurate forecasts, and effective CRM discipline to support business growth.n
- Collaborate with business and marketing teams to develop client-centric solutions and go-to-market strategies.n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen ACCL’s market position.n
- Represent ACCL at client meetings, industry forums, conferences, and networking events.n

- Strong leadership experience in managing multi-location sales teams.n
- Expertise in business development, consultative selling, and strategic account management.n
