Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7 operational support for the Edge infrastructure setting.
- Monitor Dell HCI nodes and Juniper network devices using enterprise monitoring tools to ensure optimal health, availability, and performance.
- Coordinate with Dell and Microsoft support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HCI infrastructure.
- Perform Dell hardware SBE (Solution Bundle for Enterprise) updates and Microsoft OS patching activities in accordance with maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with local IT teams and external vendors to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
- Manage and execute Incidents, Change Requests, and Service Tasks (SCTASKs) for Edge Operations through ServiceNow.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues while adhering to SLAs and organizational processes.
- Support infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational activities to maintain service continuity.
