We are looking for a qualified Speech Language Pathologist/Therapist with 1-2 years of experience working with children on the spectrum and various speech disorders.

Responsibilities:
Primary work would be conducting one-on-one therapy sessions for kids;
Perform assessments for speech-language disorders for special children with one or multiple disorder like speech delays, Autism, Learning disabilities etc.;
Provide feedback to parents and caregivers on a daily basis through discussion post-session;
Develop and implement effective individualised plans for children;
Establish understanding, expectations, and goals with parents of children;
On an ongoing basis, keep abreast with profession knowledge and skill upgradation by reviewing publications, recent therapy skills and undergoing certifications;
Provide caregiver consultation as needed and meet with caregivers throughout;




Ensure the safety and well-being of kids;
Maintain and update individual data and records during sessions;
Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with parents, caregivers and relevant stakeholders;
Attend and participate in team meetings.

Requirements:
A Bachelors or Master's Degree in the area of Speech language Pathology or Audiology or a related field;
Experience with OPD techniques;
Able to work on site 5.5 days a week;
Mandatory: Fluency in English, Desired: Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil;
