Performance Marketing

Growify Digital is hiring a Performance Marketer to independently manage and grow campaigns for our portfolio of luxury fashion and e-commerce brands.

You must have:
Agency background (performance/digital marketing agency experience is a must)
Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
Experience managing multiple brand accounts independently
What you'll do:
Own campaign strategy, execution and optimisation across Meta, Google and other paid platforms
Track ROAS, revenue and other growth metrics; turn data into action
Manage budgets, troubleshoot underperformance, and report on results
Mentor junior team members and collaborate with Brand, Design, Website,



Sales and Data teams
Explore AI and automation opportunities in reporting and campaign management
What we're looking for:
Mid-level experience in performance marketing — ideally with luxury, fashion or D2C brands
Strong analytical and commercial thinking; comfortable with ROAS, CAC and revenue metrics
Ownership mindset, strong communication, comfortable in a quick-moving environment
