We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and end-user systems in an enterprise setting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network-related issues while ensuring timely ticket resolution and SLA compliance
.Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral device
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issue
- Support Windows and Mac OS environments, software installations, updates, and patching
- Handle basic networking issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN, DNS, and DHCP troubleshooting
- Manage device lifecycle activities such as allocation, configuration, tracking, refresh, and decommissioning
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities including user
