Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant CRM/Business Analyst:--

A great opportunity for “Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant“ to be a part of our dynamic team at R systems International.
As a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant,



you will work with clients to understand their business requirements and provide guidance on how best to utilize the Dynamics 365 platform to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet the client’s business needs, while adhering to industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
Functional Consulting on Dynamics 365 CRM in the role of Functional Consultant/Business Analyst in Business Analyst at least three large, end-to-end large MSCRM implementations, that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales/Service/Marketing / Field Service)
Conduct workshops with clients to gather requirements, identify gaps and provide recommendations for business process improvements
Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service
Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process, including training and troubleshooting
Develop functional specifications and design
