Job Purpose

To manage all Civil engineering, infrastructure maintenance,



Construction & Green Field projects, statutory & legal compliance, and facility development activities at the plant, ensuring safe, reliable, cost-effective and sustainable operations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Factory buildings,Administrative buildings,Roads and pavements,Storm water, sewer drainage systems,Boundary walls and fencing,Utility trenches and foundations
Roofs ( Metal Sheets & RCC),Floor ( RCC, Epoxy etc ),Establish preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for civil assets.
Monitor structural health of buildings and critical infrastructure,Ensure timely rectification of civil defects and deterioration
Project Management

Manage end-to-end execution including land development, site grading, factory building construction, utility infrastructure, roads, drainage, landscaping, and support facilities.
Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, technical specifications
