Finesse Ink is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead with at least 10 years of proven digital marketing experience to lead our paid media, digital growth, and customer acquisition strategy.
This is a senior, hands-on position. We are looking for someone who understands both the strategy and execution behind high-performing digital campaigns and knows how to use modern AI-powered advertising and automation to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall digital marketing and performance marketing strategy
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and remarketing
Manage and scale Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram
Use AI-powered advertising tools, automation, predictive targeting, and AI-assisted creative testing to improve campaign performance
Develop customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion strategies
Manage significant advertising budgets with a strong focus on profitability




Build advanced audience, retargeting, and remarketing strategies
Lead A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, messaging, and offers
Develop strategies across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, SMS, and organic channels
Work with creative teams to develop high-converting ad concepts, videos, graphics, and landing pages
Track and improve ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and LTV
Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and other tracking platforms
Build dashboards and reporting systems that clearly connect marketing spend to business results
Identify new platforms, AI tools, technologies, and marketing opportunities
Lead and mentor digital marketing team members
Work directly with leadership to establish marketing goals, budgets, and growth plans
