FabConnect is hiring an experienced Accounts Executive for a full time prospect at World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore.
We are looking for a finance professional with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting, GST/TDS compliance, AP/AR, reconciliations, financial reporting, MIS, audit coordination, budgeting, and forecasting. The role requires someone who can independently manage core finance activities with accuracy and ownership.

? Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage complete day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts
✔ Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Bank Reconciliations
✔ Manage purchase, sales, expenses, payments, receipts, and month-end closing
✔ Monitor outstanding receivables and payables
✔ Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings




✔ Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
✔ Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS, revenue, expense, and profitability reports
✔ Conduct Budget vs Actual and variance analysis
✔ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections
✔ Maintain complete accounting documentation and audit schedules

✅ Tally Prime or similar accounting software

✅ Ability to independently manage finance activities and deadlines
