About the Role





We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 0–1 year of experience to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. You will work closely with senior marketers and gain hands-on experience managing live campaigns, analyzing performance data, implementing tracking, and contributing to optimization decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in setting up, managing, and monitoring campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Amazon Ads.
Monitor live campaigns and identify opportunities for performance improvement under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist with basic campaign optimization across budgets, bids, audiences, creatives, keywords, and placements.
Conduct basic A/B testing for creatives, audiences, mes
