About the Role
We are looking for a Catalog Executive to manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, and an interest in product catalog management.
Freshers with relevant internship experience in e-commerce, catalog management, marketplace operations, or product listing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs
Create, upload, and maintain product listings on Shopify, Amazon, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Add and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, SKUs, images, and other catalog information.
Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and error-free.
Manage product variants, attributes, categories, tags, and collections.




Optimise product titles and descriptions according to SEO and marketplace guidelines.
Upload and maintain product images, banners, A+ Content, and other visual assets wherever required.
Monitor catalog health and identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete product information.
Coordinate with the Design, Sales, Warehouse, and Marketing teams for product-related information.
Assist in resolving listing errors, suppressed listings, duplicate listings, and other marketplace catalog issues.
Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets for product data, SKUs, pricing, inventory, and catalog tracking.
Ensure consistency of product information across different e-commerce platforms.
Support new product launches and ensure timely listing of products.
Regularly check competitor listings and marketplace trends to improve product presentation.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other e-commerce platforms.
Positive knowledge of MS Exce
