About the Role:

Breakdown, Repair & maintenance is to ensure that equipment and machinery in a Café set up are maintained and repaired efficiently when they break down or experience unexpected failures. The role involves a combination of technical, managerial, and organizational tasks. Here are the key responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibility:

Break down maintenance: Responsible for 450 cafes and 200 CCD outlets across the country .
Repair & maintenance: Responsible for 450 cafes and 200 CCD outlets across the country .
Supervision: Building program of all heating and A/C and Refrigeration based on daily schedules
Equipment Inspection and Assessment: Conduct regular inspections of supplies, tools, machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
Emergency Response: Quickly respond to breakdowns or unexpected equipment failures, ensuring that downtime is minimized to maintain
Diagnosis: Identify the root causes of equipment failures and breakdowns by working with maintenance teams and using diagnostic tools.
Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance technicians,



mechanics, and engineers to ensure prompt repair and maintenance activities
Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, such as personnel, tools, and spare parts, to address breakdowns efficiently.
Scheduling: Develop and maintain a maintenance schedule to prevent future breakdowns by conducting routine maintenance activities and predictive maintenance.
Cost Management: Monitor and manage the budget allocated for breakdown maintenance, making sure it is used effectively and efficiently.
Vendor Management: Work with external vendors and suppliers to source replacement parts and services as needed for repairs.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of equipment breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance activities for future reference and analysis.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to higher management on breakdown statistics, downtime, and measures taken to address them.
