Key Responsibilities:
Execute derivatives trades efficiently across Futures and Options, ensuring high-quality execution and optimal outcomes for clients.
Handle sales trading and dealing responsibilities with equal ownership,
ensuring seamless coordination between client servicing and execution.
Independently execute complex strategies such as Synthetic Arbitrage, rollover trades, and 1-month and 2-month block trades.
Source, identify, and match arbitrage opportunities in the market to generate consistent trading flows.
Take real-time execution calls in directional trades, demonstrating strong market judgment to enhance both trading volumes and client satisfaction.
Apply commercial thinking to assess which client flows can be scaled through arbitrage and rollover strategies, thereby maximizing revenue opportunities.
Actively manage and strengthen relationships with both domestic and foreign clients, ensuring consistent engagement and business growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a derivatives sales trader with robust execution expertise and the ability to operate in a fungible role across sales trading and dealing.
