Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Outreach & Partnerships
Identify and build relationships with relevant micro, mid-tier, and macro creators across wellness, fitness, sleep, gut health, and related categories.
Own the partnership process end-to-end—from creator shortlisting and outreach to negotiation, deliverable finalisation, and relationship management.
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, and other partnership terms in the brand's best interest.
2. Content Sourcing & Campaign Execution
Coordinate with creators to source high-quality content aligned with the brand's messaging, tone, and campaign objectives.
Ensure content is suitable for both organic social media and paid marketing campaigns.
Manage content timelines, feedback, revisions, approvals, and final delivery to ensure campaign-ready assets are delivered on time.
3. Affiliate Partnership Management
Support the onboarding and management of influencers and creators as affiliate partners.
Coordinate on commission structures, product education, tracking,



and ongoing affiliate engagement.
Monitor affiliate performance and help identify opportunities to scale high-performing partnerships.
4. Reporting & Performance Analysis
Maintain trackers for influencer collaborations, including costs, deliverables, engagement, clicks, conversions, and affiliate sales.
Analyse campaign and creator performance to identify what is working and where improvements are needed.
Share regular updates and insights with the team, highlighting opportunities to scale, renegotiate, or optimise partnerships.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Performance Marketing, Brand, and Content teams to ensure creator content aligns with campaign and brand requirements.
Coordinate the handover of high-performing creator content for paid advertising and other marketing campaigns.
Provide explicit and concise updates on the influencer and affiliate partnership pipeline.
