ROLE OVERVIEW
You'll own the conceptual and strategic thinking behind client campaigns and events — shaping ideas from brief to big idea, and protecting that idea through to execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop creative concepts and big ideas for client briefs
Collaborate with Design and Client Servicing on pitch narratives
Present concepts to internal teams and clients
Stay current on industry trends and best practices
Guide execution teams to protect the creative vision
Contribute to new business pitches

6–8 years in conceptual/strategic creative roles
Strong storytelling and ideation ability
Comfortable presenting big ideas to clients
