About the Role
Caelvion is seeking a Student Enrollment & Sales Executive to counsel prospective students and convert qualified leads into paid enrollments across our Game Development, Web & App Development, Finance, HR, and Business programs.
This is a closing-focused role requiring strong communication, objection handling, follow-up, and sales skills.

What You'll Do
Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand their goals and recommend suitable programs.
Present programs and handle objections.
Follow up with qualified leads and close enrollments.
Maintain the sales pipeline and update lead status.
Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Build relationships with students and parents.
Collaborate with marketing and training teams to improve conversions.

What We're Looking For
Experience in sales, admissions, business development, education,



or high-ticket sales.
Solid communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent English; Malayalam is an advantage.
Confident and persuasive with students and parents.
Strong follow-up discipline and target orientation.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and digital communication.
