Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Assistant Business Head – Activations & Transit Media to lead our sales function for the Brand Activation and Transit Media business, with a strong focus on Current Business Development (NBD), revenue growth and client servicing.
The individual will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing new business opportunities, building relationships with brands and advertising agencies, and driving large-scale activation and transit media campaigns.
The role will have a strong focus on business development in Delhi-NCR Corporates and Media Agencies, while also identifying opportunities across other markets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management
Lead,



mentor and manage the Activations & Transit Media sale for Delhi Team.
Develop sales strategies and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews.
Build a high-performance sales culture focused on new client acquisition and revenue growth.
Identify capability gaps and train team members on pitching, negotiation and client management.
New Business Development
Drive aggressive New Business Development (NBD) across Corporates and large media agencies in Delhi-NCR for our activation and Audio advertising business
Identify and acquire new clients across FMCG, Consumer Durables, Automotive, BFSI, Telecom, Retail, E-commerce, Government/PSU and other sectors.
Develop relationships with brand marketing teams, media agencies and planners, and corporate decision-makers.
Generate leads independently as well as through the sales team.
Negotiate commercials and close high-value deals.
