Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation programs across ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB workstreams.
Own technical solutioning, platform configuration, and governance for ServiceNow modules and scripted components.
Manage team execution, delivery timelines, and coordination across implementation and support activities.
Drive integrations, migrations, and MID Server connectivity for automated discovery across enterprise environments.
Oversee CMDB administration, data quality, and alignment to CSDM standards.
Skills Required:
10-13 years of overall experience, including 6-7 years in ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM/CMDB implementations and 5+ years in team lead or people management roles.




Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform delivery, including ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB implementations.
Deep platform knowledge across scripting, configuration, and core ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
Experience with scalable enterprise implementations, discovery, service mapping, event management, and asset management processes.
Practical experience with integrations, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server setup for connected enterprise systems.
Valuable to Have:
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification, CAD certification, and broader delivery management experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree.
