Role Overview
As a Yardi Functional Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing functional support, troubleshooting, business process guidance, and solution recommendations across various Yardi modules. You will work closely with global clients, understand their business requirements, resolve issues, and help maximize the value of their Yardi investment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Advisory
Provide functional support to Yardi clients across Residential, Commercial, and Retail property management operations.
Analyze client issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely resolutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client business processes and recommend best practices within Yardi.
Helpdesk & Ticket Management
Manage support tickets through helpdesk systems and ensure SLA compliance.
Prioritize incidents, service requests, enhancements, and change requests.
Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions.
Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership until closure.
Functional Consulting
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
Configure and support Yardi modules based on business needs.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
