About the Role:
Intervue is an AI-native hiring intelligence platform. We're looking for an Analyst who builds. Someone early in their marketing career who has already used AI to ship real things: agents, workflows, automations, scrappy internal tools.
This is not a role for someone who's only curious about AI or has run a few ChatGPT prompts. We want proof of work. If you've built an agent, automated a boring task, or wired up a workflow that actually saved time, we want to see it.
You'll work closely with the marketing team to build the systems that power our growth engine. Less coordinating, more building.

What you'll work on:
Build marketing and sales automations. Wire up workflows for lead qualification, follow-ups, competitor monitoring, content research, and reporting using n8n, Make, Apify, and similar tools.
Support demand gen. Help run and analyse campaigns across paid, SEO, and email. Pull the data, spot the patterns, feed the next experiment.
AI-assisted content and SEO.



Use AI for keyword research, content briefs, competitor gap analysis, and landing page iteration. Ship work, not just decks.
Internal tools. Find repetitive tasks and kill them. Build lightweight tools and automations that save the team real time.
Reporting and analysis. Track what's working across channels. Turn messy data into clear, useful signal.

Who we are looking for:
1–3 years of experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth setting
Proof of building. You've shipped agents, workflows, automations, or internal tools using AI
Hands-on with tools like n8n, Make, Apify, Zapier, or similar
Knows the basics of marketing and wants to go deep on it
Sharp, curious, and figures things out without hand-holding
Comfortable with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT beyond basic prompting
