About the Role
VOH Network is seeking an Assistant Manager – Business Development to identify and develop current business opportunities, build relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and support strategic partnerships that expand VOH’s reach and impact.
The role involves tracking market trends, preparing proposals and presentations, managing sales pipelines, and coordinating with internal teams to execute campaigns, events, sponsorships, and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop partnerships with hospitals, pharmacies, healthcare brands, startups, and industry leaders.
Drive growth initiatives across VOH’s events, publications, and digital platforms.




Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and proactive outreach.
Coordinate sponsorships, collaborations, and strategic projects.
Manage sales pipelines, client follow-ups, proposals, and conversions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
Represent VOH at meetings, conferences, and industry forums.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, conversions, and business performance.
Analyze performance data and provide regular growth reports and insights to leadership.
Coordinate with Content, Events, and Marketing teams to align business development activities with VOH’s overall objectives.
Who Should Apply?
Graduates in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, BDS, MBBS, Physiotherapy, or other bioscience/healthcare-related disciplines.
