ABOUT THE ROLE

HDFC Securities runs two broking platforms — HDFC Sky, our mobile-first discount broking app, and InvestRight, our full-service platform — along with the KYC and onboarding journeys that feed both. Millions of customer actions flow through these every month. This role exists to make sense of them.
You will be the analytical engine behind the product team: tracking funnels, finding where and why customers drop off, surfacing behaviour patterns and anomalies, and turning all of it into specific, prioritised recommendations that product managers can act on. This is an individual contributor role with direct influence on what gets built.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Journey analysis: Analyse customer journeys end to end across InvestRight, HDFC Sky and the KYC / onboarding products — from first visit through account opening to first trade and early activation.
Funnel tracking: Build and maintain funnel views for acquisition, onboarding and activation.



Monitor conversion and drop-off at every step, and keep the numbers reliable enough for leadership to act on.
Opportunity identification: Identify where the product is losing customers or leaving value on the table, size the chance, and translate the finding into a clear recommendation with an expected impact.
Behaviour patterns and anomalies: Segment and profile customers to surface how different cohorts actually behave — not how we assume they behave — and flag anomalies, sudden breaks in trend and data quality issues early.
Reporting and dashboards: Define the right data cuts and MIS for the product team, build dashboards that get used, and retire the ones that do not.
Experimentation: Support experiment design, define success metrics up front, and read results honestly — including when the result is that nothing moved.
Partnership: Work closely with product managers, engineering, marketing and the data team to get the right
