Role Description This is a full-time, in office Recruitment Executive role based in Sharjah Emirate,



United Arab Emirates. The Recruitment Executive will manage end-to-end hiring processes for healthcare and corporate positions, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer negotiations. Daily responsibilities include developing clear and accurate job descriptions, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring timely communication with applicants and internal stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, aligning recruitment strategies with business needs, and supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
