nKey Responsibilities:
n✅ Conduct welcome calls for newly issued insurance policies
n✅ Assist customers with policy renewals and follow-ups
n✅ Explain policy perks, premium, tenure, and terms & conditions
n✅ Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required
n✅ Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company guidelines
n✅ Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity standards
nWhat We're Looking For:
n✔ Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)
n✔ Experience in insurance telecalling or BPO
n✔ Strong customer handling and objection resolution skills
n✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
n✔ Ability to cross-sell insurance products based on customer needs
