- Accurate, efficient and timely processing of AP Invoices, globally.n
- Accurate, efficient and timely processing of AP Disbursements.n
n
n YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
n

- n
- Primary responsibility includes processing of incoming AP invoices, that include 3-way matching of POs, Reoccurring Documents and processing of Non-PO Invoicesn
- Selection and Pulling of weekly entity disbursements for AP and Urgent Payment Runsn
- Process and Post AMEX Statementsn
- Run Statistical and Status Reportingn
- Processing and Auditing of Employee Travel and Expense Reportsn
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Envu and the outsourced partner for accounts payable functions, occasionally acting as an extension of the partner.n
