Role: Telecaller
nCTC: 3.5-4.0 Lakhs per annum plus Incentives (negotiable)

nWe are looking to hire 2 Telecallers to handle incoming leads from social media and other marketing channels.
n
nIf you’re confident on calls, persuasive, and valuable at converting inquiries into serious prospects, we’d love to connect with you.

nRole & Responsibilities:

- n
- Call and follow up with leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp & other platformsn
- Understand customer requirements and explain products clearlyn
- Build rapport and maintain regular follow-upsn
- Maintain lead data and update CRM/sheetsn
- Coordinate with the sales team for closuresn

nRequirements:

- n
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)n
- Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred (freshers with confidence can apply)n
- Comfortable handling social media leadsn
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheetsn
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindsetn
