Responsibilities

Lead design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of AI/ML solutions




Serve as technical lead for complex AI/ML initiatives with end-to-end implementation ownership
Build responsible AI solutions and reusable service components complying with enterprise standards
Develop AI/ML-enabled features including Generative AI, predictive analytics, automation, chatbots, conversational AI, and intelligent workflows
Champion AI/MLOps best practices for production readiness, monitoring, observability, resilience, and continuous improvement
Drive modern engineering practices including automation-first development, code reuse, observability, test automation, CI/CD, operational excellence, and AI DLC adoption
Partner with product management, architects, engineering leadership, and technology teams to deliver scalable AI solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise AI strategy
Create and maintain comprehensive solution, integration, and network architecture diagrams for AI/ML solutions
Enforce and promote enterprise security, privacy, compliance, and quality
