? Key Responsibilities
Design and develop contemporary ServiceNow portal experiences using Next Experience / UI Builder.
Build reusable widgets, components, layouts, and user experiences aligned with business and UX requirements.
Develop Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer automations, and other server-side solutions.
Implement Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Catalog Client Scripts.
Use GlideAjax for efficient client-server communication.
Design and implement REST, SOAP, OAuth, and Integration Hub integrations.
Configure Connection & Credentials and leverage Integration Hub spokes.
Develop optimized GlideRecord queries and database operations.
Troubleshoot platform issues using ServiceNow debugging tools and browser DevTools.
Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards, documentation, scalability, and maintainability.
Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Deliver solutions within Agile/Scrum sprint cycles.
Work with PDI (Personal Development Instance) for development and experimentation.
