As the Group scales itsacademic footprint, pursues university status across campuses, and competes forstudents and faculty in an increasingly digital-first higher-education market, it iscreating a CITO role for its largest campus at Greater Noida, where the mandate isto build a modern, secure and unified technology backbone from the ground up. The Role The CITO will be the single executive owner of technology strategy, infrastructure,digital experience, academic technology, institutional data and cybersecurity acrossthe campus. This is fundamentally a builder’s mandate:



The successful candidatewill spend the first 12 months establishing foundational systems and governancebefore layering on advanced digital and AI capability. The role carries full P&Laccountability; for the IT budget and rationalize the multiple technology investmentsinto one coherent, scalable platform. Key Responsibilities• Technology strategy & roadmap: Author and own a 3–5 year campus ITroadmap aligned to academic growth, NEP 2020 and UGC/AICTE digital-infrastructure expectations; present progress to the Vice Chancellor’s office and Board.• Core infrastructure & ERP/SIS: Lead selection and roll-out of a unified, cloud-first Student Information System / ERP, network and campus infrastructurestandardisation, and data-centre/cloud consolidation• Digital student & faculty experience: Build a phased, IILM-wide digital campusexperience (admissions, LMS, portals, mobile access) for Greater Noida withresponsibility for developing standards/platforms capable of
