What You'll Do
As an Associate Vice President (AVP) - Digital & Brand Strategy, you will be a core digital growth driver within the agency, bridging high-level digital strategy and creative excellence. You will lead agency efforts across major key accounts, aggressively drive current business acquisition, spearhead strategic campaign execution and mentor high-performing account teams.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
Proactively identify, pitch, and convert new client accounts to aggressively expand the agency’s digital portfolio.



Lead high-stakes pitches under tight timelines and resource constraints.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to ensure sustained business growth.
Cultivate long-term, high-trust partnerships with senior client stakeholders. Effectively articulate strategic work, manage high-pressure dynamics, and offer constructive counsel.
Oversee account profitability, billing processes, and cost-control systems alongside direct reports. Keep account operations disciplined through regular Status Reports, WIP meetings, and agency planning toolkits.
Act as the agency’s core strategic expert on digital client businesses, market performance, and digital trends. Formulate robust, data-informed 360-degree digital and brand strategies that solve real business challenges.
