Within the overall BU LAB strategy framework , the Sales Manager- India region, takes ownership and develops his customer strategy to create business case , ensuring BU LAB Sales growth in the fragmented market. He foster Growth through proper knowledge of the complex portfolio of Product, Industry sectors he serves. He develops strong connection with the various stakeholder Internal and external in order to achieve profitable growth.
Manage and grow the Industrial Additives & Finished Fluids portfolio for local and regional accounts, including government and private sector customers. Hold full accountability for assigned key sales accounts, ensuring achievement of all business KPIs, including sales revenue,



variable margin, receivables, and overdue collections. Develop and execute account plans to drive profitable business growth and strengthen customer relationships. Identify and pursue recent business opportunities, market segments, and potential customers to expand the portfolio.
Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer engagement through quotation, negotiation, order processing, and final delivery. Strengthen distributor and RTM management expectations, including credit discipline and coverage effectiveness. Analyze customer needs and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and increase market share.
Ensure proper market & business information flow across the Teams and through the entire LAB india team. Ensure compliance with OEM specs, BIS standards, and industry norms. PSU / tender strategy ownership (bid/no bid, risk assessment & compliance coordin
