Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee partial core HR functions, employee relations, performance management, Exit Management and FnF settlement, Employee engagement, HR Process automation and continous improvement and HR policy implementation. This full-time,



on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals in the debt management and financial services domain. Daily responsibilities include designing and executing hiring plans, managing HR operations such as payroll coordination and compliance, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, support training and development programs, and handle conflict resolution and grievance management. The role also includes monitoring HR metrics, preparing reports for management, and continuously improving HR processes to support a productive, inclusive, and ethical workplace.
