About the Brand Arose NY is a rapid-growing US-based luxury perfume oil and home fragrance brand. Alcohol-free, vegan, minimalist, and ready to grow our social channels seriously. We sell on our Shopify store, Amazon, and run active paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads.

We are looking for someone who can OWN our social media strategy end-to-end: decide what we post, why, when, and then create most of it themselves. We need a strategic thinker who is also a strong designer, video creator, and ads creative specialist.

Work Type: Full-Time, Remote (India)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

25,000 per month (based on experience and portfolio)

Probation: 3 months. Notice period after probation: ny on Instagram and TikTok — not just posting content, but actually moving the follower count, engagement, and reach numbers. You will plan our content calendar, pitch campaign ideas, study what is working for beauty and fragrance brands globally, and then execute most of the creative yourself.

You will also be responsible for creating ad creatives for our paid campaigns on Meta, Google,



and Amazon — understanding what hooks, formats, and visuals actually drive clicks and conversions, not just what looks good.

The split is roughly 70% strategy and content planning, 30% hands-on design and video execution. You will work directly with the founder and have real ownership over the brand's social and ads creative presence.

Social Media Strategy

Own the monthly and weekly content calendar for Instagram and TikTok

Research beauty, perfume, and lifestyle brands weekly. Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on what is working

Recommend collaborations, UGC opportunities, and influencer outreach angles

Paid Ads Creative — Meta, Google & Amazon (Critical)

Design and produce video and static creatives for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads — correct specs, strong hooks, price reveals, and offer-led formats

Create Google display and YouTube ad creatives — banners, thum
