FerriAI is looking for a Company Secretary Intern / CS Aspirant to join our founding team and support the organization through its legal registration and initial compliance setup.
The intern will be expected to independently research, understand, organize and coordinate the registration process, while working closely with the Founder throughout the journey.
Research and identify the appropriate legal structure and registration requirements for the organization.
- Handle relevant online registration portals and application processes.
- Research applicable legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Research legal and compliance-related questions that arise during the setup process and present findings to the Founder.
- Identify areas where qualified legal or regulatory advice may be required.
- We are looking for candidates who are genuinely interested in company/nonprofit registration, corporate law, regulatory compliance and organizational setup.
