The Digital A2R Functional Expert is a senior hybrid Run-and-Build role responsible for both the stability and the evolution of the A2R, Tax and IFM application landscape. The role partners closely with global business stakeholders, Digital teams, and support functions to ensure reliable operations, optimise end-to-end processes,



and deliver business value through change.

Beyond day-to-day support, the role actively designs, builds and delivers non-standard business change requests across A2R and IFM, working hand-in-hand with other Digital teams (Architecture, Integration, Data, Security, Build squads) and external partners. The role also contributes to Opella's Transformation roadmap on the horizon 2027–2030, supporting the move towards a single ERP strategy across the globe and driving transformation for A2R ERPs.

Act as the trusted Digital counterpart for global A2R and IFM business stakeholders, operating within defined governance frameworks and proactively proposing improvements.

Provide consultative support on business-led technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with Digital and enterprise standards.
