We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Waterfall Project Management to join our team. Position: Project Manager

Key Skills

Strong experience in Project Management and end-to-end project delivery

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & Advanced Excel

Hands-on experience with Jira for project/task tracking

Strong experience with Azure DevOps for work item, sprint, backlog, and project tracking

Proven experience working with the Waterfall methodology

Project planning, scheduling, tracking, and status reporting

Risk, issue, dependency, and change management

Stakeholder management and client communication

Resource planning and allocation

Budget and project timeline tracking

Preparation of project dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations

Strong documentation and reporting skills

Ability to coordinate with cross-functional technical and business teams

Key Responsibilities





Manage projects from initiation through successful delivery and closure

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, trackers, and dashboards

Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables

Use Advanced Excel for project reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and tracking

Manage tasks, work items, and project activities using Jira and Azure DevOps

Follow and manage projects using the Waterfall model

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide reports to stakeholders

Identify risks and issues and drive timely resolution

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients

Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget

Maintain project documentation and governance reports

Preferred Candidate

~8+ years of overall experience in Project Management

~ Solid hands-on experience in Advanced Excel

~ Experience with Jira
